Effective August 25, the DMV made security enhancements to the myDMV online services for your protection. In order to conduct an online service transaction, customers will now be required to provide additional authentication information to enter the portal. Please have your current driver license, I.D. card or instruction permit on you when using myDMV to ensure you are able to use the online services.
The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles takes your privacy and security very seriously and we will continue to make security enhancements as needed to provide a convenient but secure e-services option.
