November was anything but slow for the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles. Driver license offices across the Centennial State served 115,985 Coloradans -- making November a record-breaking month.
More than half of those served visited an office. The DMV has made many improvements that benefit Coloradans visiting a driver license office, including establishing an appointment-based service model and a new online appointment scheduler, which has decreased wait times from 4 minutes to zero and online check-in which allows residents to check-in from anywhere up to 15 minutes before their appointment.
