Appointment Check-In Frequently Asked Questions
Checking into your appointment online allows you to indicate you are ready for your appointment. You may check in up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
In order to use the online check-in, you must have scheduled an appointment at our Appointment Scheduler using your valid email and current phone number. You need to use this same phone when using the online appointment check-in feature. You can find more information about scheduling your appointment on our Appointment Information web page.
You can present your appointment email to the Driver License technician who will scan its barcode.

Online by replying “check-in” to our SMS text message; or by scanning the QR code located near the entrance of each driver license office, you will then get a message when it is time to enter the lobby.
Ask the Drivers License Technician greeting customers and they will be able to help you.
If you check-in with the Drivers License Technician, they will direct you on how to proceed.
If you check in online, you will receive an SMS text message notifying you what counter will serve you. A message will also be announced in the building. Once you check-in, stay close to the office.

There are occasions that the language is not available on our translation devices. In these cases we do not provide translators and you will need to provide your own translator.
