New Auraria Campus Location Will Offer Enhanced Public Service Experience

DENVER - Tuesday, December 2, 2025 - The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) is pleased to announce the opening of its new Denver Regional Service Center (DRSC), a multi-divisional hub on the Auraria Campus aimed at providing a faster, more efficient customer experience.

The DRSC, located at 1351 5th St., Suite 100, Denver, CO 80204, will officially open its doors to the public on Monday, December 8, 2025. This new center will replace the DOR’s service center at 1881 Pierce St., which will be permanently closed to the public beginning on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

The DRSC will serve as the new front office for four key divisions within the Department of Revenue: Taxation, the Division of Motor Vehicles, Colorado Lottery, and the DOR Cashier's Office.

The DRSC offers multiple convenient parking options for customers, including fifty first-come, first-served parking spaces located on the third floor of the 5th Street Parking Garage. Additional metered City of Denver street parking is also available. For those using public transportation, the building is easily accessible via RTD bus and light rail. Customers are encouraged to visit the RTD-Denver website for current route and schedule information.

DOR is committed to ensuring all Coloradans receive accurate and clear information during this transition. Customers in need of upcoming in-person DOR services are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly around the upcoming closure and opening dates.
